Graydon launched its first solution on the new Graydon Insights platform: The Graydon Decision Model. It’s an online and uniform decision model enabling companies themselves to determine the nature of their future growth and the customers they want to win. The solution is the first in a series of forthcoming international applications, which are the result of an ambitious strategy deployed by the company.

Changes in the business information market are in full swing. Big data has created commercial opportunities which will change the business world forever, especially if carried out with the right technology. Graydon CEO Marcel van Es had a clear vision of this and was appointed in 2012 to breathe new life into the 125 year old company and prepare it for the future.

This meant a complete transition from a traditional, but successful, data-driven information company which until then specialised in credit information and debt collection services. Objective: to make Graydon the international market leader par excellence in the area of Business Intelligence.

A complete cross-border transition followed, with new systems and processes and large investments in technology and knowledge to prepare the company for the future. The basis was created for new solutions involving Risk & Compliance and Marketing Intelligence, so that they can soon be deployed at group level.

The Graydon Decision Model

By launching the Graydon Decision Model, Graydon is realizing the first in a series of forthcoming solutions on its new Graydon Insights Platform. It is an online application for companies wanting to have a uniform, reliable and efficient method for their customer acceptance policy. It screens companies in an automated process according to the customer’s company policy.
