Handshakes is a regulatory and data technology company specialising in corporate intelligence solutions with access to global business relationships, official corporate registry, capital markets as well as litigation data.

As the developer of the award-winning Handshakes APP, the platform uncovers connections between individuals and organisations of up to three degrees, allowing professionals in Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit and Investigations to mitigate risks and enhance due diligence checks.

Handshakes was founded in 2011 by Daryl Neo and Charles Poon who were previously regulators. They experienced first-hand the difficulty of discovering connections between persons and companies and began working on a solution to combine reliable corporate data with adaptive technologies, enabling greater market transparency and faster risk detection. The Handshakes APP was their labour of success, winning several awards since 2016, along with other product lines of Handshakes.
