Fernando Musolino is the new Regional President of TransUnion in Brazil, a global information and insights company that operates as a datatech, starting this Monday, the 14th. Musolino will lead TransUnion’s business in Brazil, defining the strategic vision for the country, with a focus on driving the company’s continued growth and building relationships with customers. The executive will ensure that TransUnion continues to innovate in valuable solutions for customers, which contribute to the creation of more business opportunities and building trust between companies and consumers.
Musolino brings extensive experience in financial services, leadership and strategy, which are essential to his role at the company. Prior to joining TransUnion, the new Regional President led data and modeling functions as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Credit Strategy & Analytics at Neon Bank, a financial institution focused on technology to simplify people’s experience in the financial environment. During his professional career, he has held numerous senior leadership positions, spanning lending, operations, credit policy and fraud prevention.
After more than 12 years at TransUnion Brazil, Juarez Zortea decided to retire in the first quarter of 2025. The executive remains at the company in the role of consultant.

Musolino holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral, a degree and certificate in Business Administration from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering.
