BOL Thailand Makes Strategic Investment in Ecart Studio Co. Ltd.

Business Online Thailand has acquired a 15% equity interest in Ecart Studio, a developer of Web-based applications and enterprise location based software applications. Price of the transaction was 52,941,176 Baht (US$ 1.64 million).

Ecart Studio’s deep expertise in online mapping systems is to further BOL’s business potential in the future. Both companies will partner in government projects.
