Multiple Certifications Showcase Demandbase’s Dedication to Security & Confidentiality

Demandbase, the leader in AI-driven account-based go-to-market (GTM), has announced it has been ISO 27001:2022 certified by Schellman & Company, LLC. Demandbase also received a clean SOC2 Type 2 recertification report which highlights their dedication to security, availability, and confidentiality. The company established certification under ISO 27001:2022 standards, two years ahead of the 2025 requirement without any non-conformities. Through these prestigious certifications, Demandbase provides transparency to customers about their commitment to protecting customer and employee data.

“Our customers can have absolute peace of mind when choosing to work with Demandbase, knowing that we strive to exceed industry requirements and their data is protected,” says Andrew Epstein, general counsel at Demandbase. “Having already been ISO 27001:2013 certified, we have been following the highest level of guidance to protect customer and employee data. It’s core to what we do.”

To earn the ISO certification, Demandbase demonstrated to the certifying organization that the Demandbase One™ Platform and the related systems, support, development, and operations operate an Information Security Management System that conforms to the rigorous requirements of ISO 27001:2022.
