The Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) and Qarar, the region’s leading decision automation solution providers have announced that Zain, the leading mobile voice and data services operator and the largest Telecom provider of the 5G network across Saudi Arabia has selected Qarar’s advanced Collection System “CollectSmart” to decrease credit risk and improve its collections performance.
The new collection process will deliver a comprehensive credit risk management solution covering data, advanced analytics, and automation, including SIMAH’s P360 Professional Services Data Inclusion and Automation Summary Credit reports. The deployment tightly links strategy design and execution to achieve quick, painless deployments and unmatched performance monitoring. It is a fully configurable system in accordance with Zain’s requirements and a complete end-to-end collection solution. Furthermore, the scope of the partnership agreement extends to advisory and professional services.
